What a frustrating experience. My husband and I went in to celebrate our anniversary and to enjoy a nice Valentines meal. Nobody checked on us after we sat down. We sat there for 10 minutes without anything to drink, without a menu to look at, without a single person checking in on us... nothing. To top it off, we saw tables around us getting service, but not a single one of the other servers thought to look at us or to make sure that we were having a positive customer experience. We had a great lunch elsewhere

Went there for my birthday dinner. The service was terrible. Went to order a jalapeño margarita and sorry we are out of sweet and sour. Well there’s at least 10 liquor stores and Walmart in Butte that would gladly sell a restaurant a bottle or 2. Then our food came out before our Cowboy nachos. So we sent that back. My wife’s Rangoon flatbread was nothing more than a wafer with disgusting sauce on it. My grizzly burger was cooked rare at best. Most disappointing dinner I’ve ever had. We will not be back.

This is our 4th time we've been to this establishment. 2 times we walked out. We walked in and were the only ones waiting to be seated. Waited 5 plus minutes without being seated or acknowledged. Other coustomers came in and were immediately seated. Tonight we went around 9. Not busy, seated right away, drinks right way and our order taken right away. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwhich, a flatbread and 2 pizzas. Had to ask the waiter were our food was. When we got it it was cold.2nd time this happened. 0 for 4. We wont b... read more
