Food is excellent, but the service is ridiculously slow. The wait times for food, drink refills, etc is absurdly long, even during non-peak times. I have been here several times, each time hoping for an improvement, but it is not to be. Everyone is friendly and kind, but these wait times prevent me from recommending this restaurant.
