This is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an online order at 5:00, was told 6:45 was the soonest it would be ready. I called at 6:30 to confirm, and they said yes come on in. I was there at 6:45, was told 15 minutes still. I came back in at 7:00, and was told 15 minutes. It’s now 7:30 and it’s still not ready. No gift card, no apology. If you can’t fill online orders, don’t take them. Never again.
Waited over an hour for our food. Server was great, apparently the kitchen needs some help. Chicken tenders my daughter ordered looked like scorched road kill. Wife’s Caesar salad had no dressing and chicken was hard to differentiate between it and the croutons. We normally like it here but tonight was very subpar.

We ordered pick up for Valentine’s Day and we live 5 min from the store, and our food was lukewarm at best and my son had the spaghetti with meat sauce, and there was hardly enough sauce to cover the noodles, and not one piece of meat in sight. Not impressed. Also, when picking up the order, my husband was told to wear a mask, and when he said he did not have one, he was rudely told to wait at the door for the food to be brought to him. We want to support small businesses, but will not be back.
I don’t recommend your restaurant because my wife and I were turned away because I didn’t have a mask to walk 15’ to sit down so I could take the mask off. You have booths with back to back people less than 3’ apart and families being seated with kids without masks and that’s ok. We liked your restaurants but we will not return. The mandate is off!!!
