I would like to appreciate the team at the Wilson location… especially the physiotherapist /chiropractor Nil (-Nilab) for giving extra care always … the entire team is polite and friendly
Worst company ever, never cleaned the bed, or warm the gel. Had unprofessional male massage therapist if you know what I mean, be careful. Such a waste of time also, none of the therapy methods worked or effective. Staff just killing time, none gave any care or effort or want to be there. I went to the Scarborough location
The receptionist is very rude. When tou call she picked up and purposely hang up on you . I have been calling for more than an hour she picked up and automatically hang up on me. I came in the next day I asked she pretend telling me she doesn't know. Very poor service at this place .
