Mr. Mackenzie talks a good talk but he does not walk a good walk. He promises things that he does not deliver. He does not listen to good marketing strategies like good photography, brochures and staging. He used scare tactics declaring the market would fall apart any moment during to get a friend of mine to close on deals far below what the property could go for. Go elsewhere to list your property.
