Just moved in recently, and we had issues with the water heater. Put in a maintenance request, and the maintenance man, Snake, was over within the hour. He had to come back two more times, but he did get it fixed. Turns out our water heater is weird! The area is pretty nice, not too far from a variety of stores and restaurants, and other than little issues, it's pretty great.
Worst apartments I have ever stayed at!!!!! Management is disrespectful and does not care about ones need/concern. Maintenance can never finish the job or do the job right the first time. If you like your peace and sanity I say do yourself a favor and don't move here.
