Customer service is extremely lacking. When Mack customer service reps decide to hold part numbers hostage and not get customers the information they need, there is a problem. I will take my business elsewhere.

I called your dispatch center on 8/2 at 7:30 in the morning to let them know that a concrete truck spilled gravel all over the ramp on Gilchrest Road. It is 1115 on 8/3, and it still hasn’t been cleaned up. You guys are beyond ridiculous.
