The tax preparer office located there is top tier!
I need a job like this agent. Just having a woman answer the phone and pass me off with the number for State Farm claims department which the hold time is outrageous, must be the life. He did nothing to assist in this claim. My State Fatm agent passed away, Jerry Ross in Wanamaker he was a good example of an insurance agent I miss him dearly He cared about people and didn’t try to make their life harder, he actually assisted the claim for the insured or the other party.
I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS OVER MACK GADIS AND BREE/MARY WHATEVER HER NAME IS CAUSE SHE SURE JUST ANSWERED THE PHONE LYING ABOUT HER NAME. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THAT OFFICE BUT SHE IS MESSING UP MY BILL. SHE CAN'T FIGURE OUT ANYTHING AND MACK DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. HOW DOES A BILL GO FROM $136 TO $310 AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ACCIDENTS, TICKETS, OR FILED ANY CLAIMS. I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHOS ACCOUNT YOU ARE MESSING UP.
