We have been tenants with Mack for 2 years and Malaika Mayfield has been our property manager for roughly 30 days. We have had an ongoing issue for the whole time we have been here and Malaika has been great in getting it resolved in her short period as our property manager. Awesome job Malaika!!!!

Mack Companies is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a house to rent. My property manager is wonderful, I've been with Mack companies since 2012 and I couldn't ask for a better company then this one.
Definately recommend Mack Companies/Oak Park Ave Realty as one of the top landlords in Chicago. I have been with the company for about 3 years and have no complaints. When I need something fixed service is out the next day to address my issue. Keep up the good work. My five star rating is well deserved!

I was interested in renting with Mack Company. Give a large deposit on a house. never got the house and never got my money back. John told me he would take care of it and months later I am still waiting.
