I was nervous about being sedated to have a wisdom tooth extracted. During my consult, Dr. Mack was professional and explained everything about the procedure. Everyone I encountered was friendly and attentive. The procedure was successful. I was also impressed when I received a follow up call. Thank you for taking great care of me.
Dr. Andy Mack attempted to pull my son's wisdom teeth without him being properly sedated. When my son yelled ( and yes it was a profanity) Dr. Mack yelled at him about his language. Under the circumstances of being only half way sedated and being hurt, who wouldn't yell out? The outcome of the surgery was all fine but the professionalism just isn't there. I felt that he was very insensitive to my son's pain
I found Dr. Mack to be very sensitive to my fears and needs and made me feel at ease as I had extensive oral surgery. The nurses who cared for me were very caring too and now I have a smile I am so proud of ! Forever grateful Dr. Mack and my nurse Lori Wheeler. Thank you so much.
