Joel is also easy to relate to and his sense of humor makes the whole process much more relaxed and easier than what it could be. When looking at houses, he was up front about potential issues and costs that would come up with repairs or remodeling and whether or not he thought the houses were really worth it with what our budget was and what we were envisioning for our new home.
