I have been taking my daughter to see Dr Macias for over 25years, and he has always been so caring, gentle, funny, and extremely knowledgeable with her condition. He was the DR. who helped me get my daughter diagnosed with Turner's by noticing some common traits of Turner's in her. No one else had ever noticed or said anything to me about Turner's. I am forever grateful to him for all of his genuine care, and heart expertise!!
I've been seeing Dr. Macias for years because of losing most of my immediate family to both aorta issues and Marfans. He takes time to listen to my concerns and discusses options given insurance issues. I feel like I'm seeing both a doctor and a friend. His staff is also caring and friendly. I feel like more than just another patient. Thanks.

It's a shame that so many doctors have such terrible staff. It is so difficult to schedule appointments with Dr. Macias. The scheduling department doesn't answer the phone before 9 or after 4:30 and they're closed for lunch from 12-1. And even then you have to wait forever to actually talk to someone. I have currently been on hold for 25 minutes and counting... Dr. Macias himself is fine.
