This company uses ileagle garnishment practices. They took my money from my disability check which is not garnishable. You will have to contact a lawyer to get your illeagley garnished money back. It is no wonder they have no rating with the BBB.

This business is extremely hard to get in touch with. I've tried the toll free number several times, and then when I tried to submit a letter via their website, an "unknown error" prevented it from going through. This is extremely frustrating! I'm trying to find out what a payoff amount is on my outstanding debt, and they are making it very hard!

This company never returns my phone calls and has absolutely horrible customer service. Every time I've called recently I get put on hold and then no one returns to the phone.

Requested, via online submission form on their web site https://www.mjfirm.com/Contact, balance information for pay off amount. Instead, after two months, receive court docs for the remaining amount. Terrible customer service. No response to emails or calls. Not that anyone cares, they collect debt and get their money and that is all they care about. They probably view the people in default with a poor light and no empathy or compassion.

Machol and Johannes LLC strives for a positive customer experience, and while our office attempted to send requested documentation it appears such documentation was returned as undeliverable. We have since re-sent documentation and hope this resolves any outstanding issues.
When we finished paying off our debt, so far they have refused to give us a definitive paid off statement. They won't mail or e-mail us a payment history so we can verify our payments. Our records show we have overpaid, but they won't cooperate in showing us a history. Their agents are rude, refuse to listen and will hang up on you if you challenge the account as we did.
This law office is a joke, I called simply to get a itemized bill so I can pay off a debt they have and they told me it will take 3-6 months!!!!! Are you on ******* crack! All I want is to pay off my bill, how hard is it for you to get me and itemized bill?!
