Terrible company to have to deal with. I was set up on a payment plan and was unable to pay due to extreme financial difficulties. They garnished my bank account and took the remaining balance of over $6000+dollars at once. There was no monthly withdraws just emptied my entire account and left me with overdraft fees. $2000 dollars of that money was money my daughter had been saving for her fall semester classes which she now can't attend. I fully understand that the debt is mine but there wasn't even a notice that the money ... read more

Unfair and corrupt company. They keep referring to supplying these “writ of garnishment” to employers and/or banks more often than not leaving people with $0 left over. First, a garnishment should be taken seriously but there are limitations as to how much of someone’s pay you can actually garnish. I think they know they are breaking the law but continuing to do this to individuals most of whom are living paycheck to paycheck. However if you are reading this and your bank or paycheck was completely garnished IT IS NOT LEGAL ... read more

Machol and Johannes has been corrupt since their first contact with us. Since 2014, they have been receiving $50 per month from us. They will not respond to our request for an invoice, balance due on an account that we should never have had to pay on in the first place. We are very frustrated. What can we do to stop this corrupt collection?

Their rep called me a liar, despite me reading the actual letter he told me didn't exist. I was trying to work out a payment plan and he refused to do anything other than tell me that what was happening (that I had written proof of) wasn't happening. Every time I try to call it's the same thing - every rep there refuses to listen and just wants you off the phone. They are the worse of the worst. They would rather see you bankrupt than actually try to fix your past mistakes. I was literally trying to give him money to take ca... read more

Being in the hospital after 2 strokes I finally have been able to start to walk and talk again. I was garnished 248.00 on my pay check today. Not knowing I owe this debt and not being served paper to court I ve been scratching my head. Though the amount is small it is the principle of the matter. If I had a bad debt I would have gladly paid and finished it. Typical bullies and beating up on folks. As a disabled vet and now 2 strokes behind me I am lucky to be able to work. But with medical bills and many important test yet t... read more

I have never in my life had such a hard time trying to pay someone money. After receiving paperwork in the mail, we went to their online site and filled in info to charge my credit card in three payments. They never charged, sent a letter claiming they were going to take us to court. We called them and after 30 minutes on the phone were told that certain companies they collect for will not take credit cards. Well that was never said or even indicated on website. So we set up automatic withdraw from my account, by emailing pa... read more

I had been making payments to this firm monthly like clockwork for over 5 years, when I had to close my checking account due to fraud. I submitted my monthly online payment on January 21, 2019, but accidentally transposed my new checking account number, resulting in that payment being declined. Instead of calling (they have had my phone number for years) or emailing (they have had my email address for years and have notified me via that email address about each payment I have made), they neglected to contact me, and instead ... read more

I called in about 2 or 3 weeks ago to pay off my debt. They ensured me it would be closed out bu the time my next payment was due. Come this morning they took another $400. Within a matter of a month they have taken more than $1,000 from my account. I called this morning and they told me "if it gets approved then we'll mail a check and she hung up on me."

It is impossible to get these jokers on the phone. They don't answer the phone, return calls when you leave a message or respond to email. They don't have a problem taking the arranged payment out of my account. The problem is that it should be almost paid off and I want to confirm that. About to contact the courts.
