Really professional and friendly. Well ran business. Customer every time we need storage.
This place does not care about the customers. Just had the owner yell at us because they didn’t do a proper job on clearing the ice. They weren’t preventative nor did they try to remove the ice while it was warm outside yesterday. You’re running a business just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you get to stay inside until it fully melts away. Never have had any issues
Been here for 6 years I forgot to pay 1 payment I was 2 week late they added $40 MORE for being late not worth it I'm going to pay it and move somewhere else. And last time i went in my unit it had bugs, spiders, spider webs, dirt, leaves, and all my clothes had holes in them i will upload pictures to show.
Ms Linda was so nice and sweet I definitely recommend this place very reasonable
