Machine should stop serving foie gras. To produce foie gras ducks and geese are force fed by having a tube shoved down there throat. Through this process their liver is enlarged to 10 times it's normal volume. This practice has been banned in many countries.
RecommendedMachine's decor is gorgeous and sets the mood for what they really deliver which is great food and cocktails. carrot tartar was an absolute hit as well as the gnocchi and braised pigtail. RecommendedSuch a great addition to the neighborhood! It's all in the details here - from the vibe to the cocktails/food but more importantly the staff and the culture of inclusivity they so proudly believe in. Can't wait to go back and experience it time and time again.
Great drinks,the bartender was on top of it with our drinks and the manager Robert was friendly and checked on us to see how everything was going good.
