Great stylist, prompt, professional.
I really wanted to support this black owned business but Machie was unable to provide good customer service. She shows up late for appointments, has a booking site that is inconsistent with her actual availability, and lacks professionalism. If you need a hair stylist that is dependable, personable, and respects your time she is not the one. I am very disappointed because I was truly looking to be a regular client of hers. I truly hope she learns to one day correct her errors. I wish her the best.
