She treated my daughter very bad , she is rude , and she got mad when I told her I didn't want to go back, and she threw the gloves and other things .
Why can't the receptionist just schedule an appointment for brace adjustments? Why do I have to call them to make the appointment for adjustments? I spent days calling them to schedule a brace adjustment appointment but was never answered. I've only just adjusted my braces two times so far. Back when I got my first adjustment and one of the brackets broke off, I called them for a week and was never answer, my only option was to wait for my next adjustment. Terrible experience after Terrible experience. I am desperately seeking a new orthodontic service. Every time we come we're seen at a minimum 40 minutes after my Daughter's appointment time. Three out of the last 4 times we were forced to wait a minimum of an hour past our appointment time with the last visit (5-18-2023) being 1 hour and 48 minutes past our scheduled time. That is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time do not book with her because she could care less about your time.
I find her rude to the receptionist and schedules way too many patients at once. Just to have braces adjusted is anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours. My son just sits there forever waiting for her to go in and check him. Absolutely dread the appointments because it takes up a whole evening.
We needed to be seen in emergency and Dr. Machi came in to assist my daughter. She is very nice and she cares for her patients
The wait is SO long! Had an appt for 330 for a broken wire, they called my kid back at 4, took the wire off and left him sitting in there for 45 minutes before coming back in to put a new wire on. If they can't tend to their patients in a timely manner why schedule so many at a time?
Dr. Machi really cares about her Patients. Unlike many orthodontics accepting MA. I am so glad we found Dr Machi. The previous Orthodontist was horrible and did not even come close to Straightening my child's teeth Then told us he was done after a few appointments, leaving us with a temporary retainer that didn 't even fit. Dr. Machi's staff is wonderful as well (Especially Angel). We are almost done now but I must just say. Thank you, for the years of wonderful service
Getting my braces here have been a horrible experience. Two years turned into seven years wearing braces. Then after the seven years she had the nerve to say she couldn't see me or take them off for me because my insurance wasn't paying her anymore. Come to find out it was because she was scamming the insurance company bc they were paying her every month. Never go to her. She is rough and doesn't care about her patients. My insurance company had me go to someone else for them to take them off
I've been trying to get my son in for four months now. Still waiting. Getting the run around ... Frustrated!!!
