I'd give it negative stars if I can. Sechdule person gotta go. Countless times I take my daughter and I don't leave til 3hrs later AT BOTH locations. Sometimes the doctor not even there and they Sechdule appointment
Not me but my little brother. He’s going to the marines and needs to get his braces taken off. He’s been trying to get scheduled in and have them removed but whoever the scheduling lady is, just won’t schedule him, making excuses. And you can only call them on Monday because that’s when the scheduling lady is in. So now it’s October and Dr.Machi/ SL (scheduling lady) is saying that they can’t get my brother in because the notice time is too short…since it’s going to take a long time to take the braces off….mind you he has be... read more
Worst dentist office ever! Takes forever to ever get someone to answer the phone to schedule. Very rude. No receptionist. They run hours behind and don't update you at all. Don't go there!
Ridiculous wait time and Dr. Machi is beyond rude.
