Does not go by the building plans. 2 years after the work has commenced, its still not done. Said the house will be ready before May, we’re coming to December. The contract was signed on 13 April 2022 and the house still isn’t ready coming into December 2024. Ronny, whom rarely takes any of your calls and never replies back to emails, text messages and voicemails is a nightmare to work with. Ronny and his team are a pleasure to work with. He helped us completely redo our kitchen and interiors, guiding us every step of the way. Communication was responsive, renos were completed on time even accomodating to our additional requests and done with great quality. Thanks Ronny for helping us make our first house a home. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a builder.
