I went on April 22nd . After the carwash and I was vacuuming my back out (trunk) area noticed scratches on the back side corner bumper and I just brought my car brand new. Now I have to deal scratches on my car from this place. The scratches are on my driver side door as well. I have paid for the monthly $35.00 Wash. I Will not be back for my car to get more damage
Don't waste your money here. Half the features inside the car wash. Don't worry. You'll be washing the car by hand mine as well. Do it and save the money. And watch out if you vacuum your car hoses may fall off of vacuums and hit your car
What a horrible place!! I pulled into the entrance this morning and a car was blocking both lanes. I tooted my horn for her to move and she started to back up and nearly hit my car so I leaned on the horn and she stopped. She was able to move forward and turn around. she then rolled down her window and started screaming at me that the place was closed.
