I would much rather drive to boiling Springs SC and wash my car at Sullys Super Shine it is the best car wash I know of. Mach 1 is such a waste of time and money. Nothing and I mean nothing works right the vacuums are trash one of the brushes don’t even touch the car. The tire shine is always out or broken. Forest city needs a better car wash than this. Mach one is so disappointing I do not recommend it at all

I went to the wash on 6/4/2026 in my suv. I see the wash was stopped and an employee instructed the car in front of me to drive out. Nothing was said to me. Car was started back up. Car covered in soap but I notice I wasn’t moving and was being rocked hard. My niece turn around realize we are being hit by a truck. Finally an employee stops the wash I was push side ways and had to drive out. Employee was great. Said it has been a on going problem and had me file out forms and the other truck. Paid for a premium wash, car is still filthy from the top down. I was also given a gift if some nice new scratches in a still dirty area of the car.
