I paid for certain options and those options were broken but nobody could tell you there's no manager on site I had to run my car through three times to get it cleaned
Went Saturday 2/7/26 was 23rd car in line at 12:20pm Left came back later and the line was halfway to hibbett sports. Took forever to get thru the wash. What's the point of having a membership to a car wash that you can't use because it's so busy. Maybe if it wasn't next to the only Walmart in the county it wouldn't be so busy.
Excellent cleaning my car looks great
We used to be dedicated customers, went today and put 20 in the machine. Sat there while two workers laughed and ignored us. A man pulled up right behind us to say the he had the same experience and left without a refund or a wash, we had to do the same. I will never go back to this location ever!!!!
