Renters Beware! I lived here for about two years. If you move in after reading this, that is on you. The Good: For the most part it is quiet. My neighbors were friendly and never caused issues. You will hear the occasional dog, but nothing major. The few small maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and the maintenance staff were always pleasant. I don't like the people that own these apartments. They raise the rent $150/ year like clockwork, but with no tangible improvements to the property. The MacGregor property in londonderry is littered with dog poop because it flies off of peoples cars because the trash is so far away. The trash compactor has a habit of breaking, but it's a lease violation to leave trash on your balcony, so you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.
