Very slow in response, nobody answers phones – We've been trying to get a hold of someone thru email and phone the last few days and nobody is getting back to us. Clearly they aren't very concerned about customer service which makes me think that perhaps we don't want to rent from them anyway since they're probably in change of getting plummers etc. in. If we're having this much trouble getting a hold of them just to view place, just think of being one of their tenants! Might be a nightmere.
