The staff is always so friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this office! They are very careful about cleanliness and my daughter and I felt very comfortable being there today.
Been a long time customer. Their horrible response to covid has rendered their customer service non-existent. They established a Locked door lobby policy that forced me to wait in my car for 20mins and then stand outside in the FL heat 10-15 mins until they got around to taking my temp. My appointment was schedule after a soccer game and I wore a black hat while waiting for them to unlock their door. Of course a surface temp scan will be high. Everyone was masked. MacDonald Family Eye Care gives friendly service at a locally owned office. I’m very glad I found this office for all my eye care needs.
These guys are great!!!! Both my husband and I have been going there for years now. My son had to get glasses recently and they were amazing. Worked with us so patiently to make sure we found the right glasses for him (it was not easy, as he was having no part of it). Staff is amazing.
