I had a very old and badly worn brass part which was part of equipment I had. I could not find the original manufacturer for replacement parts so I reached out to this group. They could not have been more helpful. The whole staff is very acommodating. Very professional, high quality workmanship. They bent over backwards to solve my problem. They were both communicative and timely. Thanks Folks, Im back in business.

December 2018 The precision and craftsmanship found at #MacDiarmidMachine is indeed impressive, not to mention you will not find a more receptive company to assist you with custom machine work! We requested an extremely last minute order of camera lens mounts which needed to be machined by thousands of an inch and despite how busy they were, the helped us out in a jam. Thanks MacDiarmid! The staff here are the best and the professional work is second to none! I had a request to manufacture a very small order. One of the employees, Jason came out to my car to see exactly what I needed and understood the ask. This is a company that makes their ends meet by producing much larger orders, not a very small one like mine. With approval, he built the two pieces himself AND made sure they fit perfectly. The general manager also came out to see that everything was to my liking and we had such a great conversation!
These guys are fantastic! I took a difficult and obscure part to them for replication. They got it almost perfect the first time but because of the sensitive nature of the application it needed to be reworked twice. They worked with me to get it perfect and now it works better than the original. They are highly skilled, friendly and helpful, and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. They earned their 5-stars and more. Thanks for a great job.
