Had a Macco Services driver (License # V22 928) pass me (approx 6:05AM) on a double yellow line, left turn only portion of the road, going at least 60mph in a 30mph zone in Newton. Continued to tailgate other drivers heading down Parker Street into Newton Center; total disregard for safety. For this reason alone, I would not use this company.

Carbon Monoxide issues in the apartment, they yelled slurs at me when I asked if they notified the residents about these issues. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life based on my skin color. I would not do business with these people. The guy went from disrespect after I told him it should be a right of the residents to know this. The bald white guy is the one who said this. I used MacCo to replace our hot water system this summer and could not have been more PLEASED with the experience. I placed a call and received a proposal in a timely manner with links and specifics on the type of equipment they recommended. I moved forward with the order and received a scheduled date of installation. The evening prior to the work, I received an appointment confirmation and sure enough they arrived as promised the following morning.
