If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are the typical shady auto repair place that you are always warned about! They promise rental car coverage while they repair your vechicle but it is a SCAM. PLEASE BEWARE!! They had my car for 3 weeks and it was retured to me in April 2011. In August I recieved an invoice from Hertz rental that they still had not paid the 450 dollar invoice to them. Great shop. My insurance recomended that I use Macc for the repairs on my new cadilac The damages were pretty bad. I picked up my Truck about 3 weeks later and I really inspected the repairs. Let me tell you I was really impressed. I even took it to the dealer for a second inspection, passed with flying colors. Great job Macc. Its good to know there are still honest body shops that do great work here in El Paso.
My insurance Fred Loya Recomended this shop for my repairs. but I has already heard of them. This shop is wall to wall skilled perfesionals. When I walked in for my estimate they were slamed with people. When it was my turn the estimator took his time and explained everything to the tee. I left my car there and I had it back within 2 half weeks and it looked good as new they replaced the doors and I have no wind noise. durring the time I was kept informed of my cars progress. I just got my f-150 repaired at MACC. It was a major hit, to be honest I didnt think it would be fixed. They did a fantastic job I was very impresed with there customer service they kept me well informed on the progress. and the workmanship was far by none the best. The color matched perfect. I highly recomend MACC Collision.
These guys are great The owners Rick and Ruben were so very helpful when my insurance company wasnt. They fixed my new car to perfection and it only took them two weeks. I cant even tell my car was in an accident. My father recomended them he said they are best at what they do. He is so right. They made a bad situation go smooth and they always returnedmy phone call. Great job Macc keep up the great work.
This is the worst place to get any kind of work done on your car. The customer service is terrible!!! They do not return phone calls, and they do not provide accurate information about the repair status of your car. Overall I regret ever taking my car to this place. My advise to anyone looking to have repairs done would be to avoid this place at all cost!
The worst I have ever delt with, they didnt get my cell phone number to call me as to when to bring the car in for repairs. I had to give it to the clerk who told me oh ya that would help. Also i told the clerk I worked grave yard and if she was to call please call past 3pm becuase i sleep from 7am to 3pm. You now what she did, yup thats right called at 10am every time I reminded her everytime, what total disrespect for the client. Bad, typical shady mechanic attitudes. They had my car for four weeks and they never lied about whether they were working on my car. They must have spent a good five days of actual work on it. I went there because they were Fred Loyas "preferred" provider. Dont let them fool you with the guise of a free rental. They put so many conditions on their terms that it wont be worth the grief.
