WARNING.......Took my car to MACC AUTO on 11201 Rojas Dr. El Paso, TX and was promised to get it back one week instead it took one month and a half. They did not give us a rental so we ve been driving in the hot heat. Finally when the car was ready they promised everything from the wrek was going to be replaced they not only lied but left parts from the wrek and charged our insurance a LARGE amount of money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. You will get promise after promise until they get your vehicle. Then you get excuse after excuse, they do not deliver in time and they don't care.
Macc Collision is truley the best place to get your car repaired they fixed by 2010 Honda Civic and I must say the work was excellent I don t know why some of these reviews on this business are bad its probably because all of these people do not appreciate anything and want something for free believe me I know. But Macc Collision Repair gets 5 stars from me and if I ever need repairs done on my car that is my first stop thank you Macc Collision Repair
I don t know why these people gave a bad review on this business, Macc Collision repaired my 2011 Lexus and I must say the service as well as the repairs was excellent much better than other shops I dealt with in the past I myself own my own business and I know first hand how difficult it can be to please every single customer and especially when money is always a major issue but to anyone reading this review I know what I m telling you ignore the bad reviews on Macc Collision they really are a good collision center I strong... read more
best paintjobs in el paso specially with that paintor named mike he is really good and the owners are great people highly recomend.
This should be a ZERO! It took 4 weeks to paint my van when they told me 2 weeks. They had it one whole week and did NOTHING! At the end of the 4 weeks it still wasn t ready. We took it on a Friday with a promise that they would detail it Monday morning. We discovered a few problems over the weekend, so making a list I showed up Monday morning only to be told that they didn t recall making any promises to do anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! it is the worst thing you could do. you all ready have plenty to worry about trying to get your car fixed.i was very unsatisfied with the work and their attitude towards you when its clearly their fault they don t do their jobs. don t believe mike at all. when i got my car back all that was wrong looked the same the only difference was it was painted and it shined.
