What a great place. I don't even know where to begin. Driving up to this beautiful property ,handing off the car to valet, and being given complementary sparkling wine upon check in really set the theme of our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was in the Burris house. The bed was super comfy, the room was decorated well and set at the perfect temperature. Had a fantastic experience here. Staff was very friendly and prompt valet service. Rooms were lovely and clean.
We returned to MacArthur Place to celebrate our anniversary, since it’s where we stayed during our wedding weekend, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Before arriving, I emailed in advance to request early check-in if possible and mentioned we were celebrating a special occasion. At check-in, the front desk staff was curt and unwelcoming — they simply asked my name, said the room wasn’t ready, and offered nothing further. We couldn’t sleep all night terrible !!!!! because of We could hear every conversations from next room The way they build ithe building? or ,,? So noisy all night you could hear from outside noisy too we have called many times to front desk till 1;00 am but ,front desk couldn’t do it so we said ,we will call police And finally little calm but still on and on,,, what a terrible night !! Hotel walls are too thin ? Or what? Never come back this hotel again never recommend
