I had my car serviced on the 18th of September 2025 and requested that the service centre replace the rear tailgate switch. Unfortunately, to this day, no one has responded to my request. Every time I call, I’m placed on hold for a long time, and when someone finally answers, I’m told that someone will call me back but no one ever does.
