After my 40k service — which included replacing two tyres — my car’s steering is now completely off. The steering wheel is no longer straight, and when turning, it doesn’t return to the original position as it should. I raised the issue and took the car back for them to check a second time, but I was told “it’s fine” with no real fix provided. Clearly, it is not fine.
