I should have read previous reviews before dealing with this car yard as I wouldn’t call it a dealership. As previous customers have already said zero care factor . We bought our LDV on good faith as we lived 6 1/2 hours away it was the only one that met our cryteria that was available immediately so we needed to be able to take vehicle when we went down. Paid upfront as Max said I couldn’t pay on the day otherwise we needed a bank cheque but we live 2hrs from a bank and being told Friday wasn’t an option of getting one. On ... read more
Great customer service, all staff are very professional. Ronald is the best manager at Macarthur Branch 5 stars service. I highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Where do I start!!! Communication is shocking, they say they will order a part and 7 weeks later and they said noone has ordered it. Everytime we've been noone knows anything. I'm thinking about taking it further and get my point across to not buy a LDV and not use campbelltown LDV service centre.
Don't you ever go to this dealer. No body will help you there with anything after you buy a car. You have to reach to general manager to sort out everything. Max is the one who I didn't like personally in LDV Macarthur. So much attitude and very less customer service.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealership and LDV in general, the worst customer service. Brand new LDV purchased Dec 2023 and has been back to the dealership 6 times with multiple issues …. Worst car on the planet
