I gave Ford Macarthur Campbelltown another chance today and instantly regretted it. From the moment I arrived, the service advisor looked completely uninterested in her job. The way she greeted me was cold, dismissive and unprofessional — no warmth, no effort, no customer care. From start to finish over the weeks of me deciding to purchase my new Tourneo, Logean & Henryk had no issues in negotiations and answering any or all of my questions. If they didn’t have the answer they’d find it. If they committed to something they followed through 110% even on their days off. Outstanding service from them!
