It saddens me to write this, but I believe word of mouth is all patients have left when it comes to warning others about disappointing experiences. They don’t go by appointment time, had to wait over 30min. Paid $380 for the doctor to tell me to use nasal spray for my daughter’s teeth grinding/sleep issues. Honestly these specialists nowadays just scam parents. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Dr Ram Siva has always been attentive and professional. We have been seeing Dr Siva for my son since he was little and has multiple surgeries with him. We have always felt listened to and understood. My son is 5 with additional needs. The parking is a bit of a nightmare and the appointments are always very quick but it is what it is.
Dr Rahuram (Dr Ram) was friendly and seemed to know his stuff regarding the sinuses. The receptionist I dealt with was pleasant and helpful...Ive seen a few negative reviews on the reception area.
Avoid Dr Smith like the plague. Misdiagnosed me, cut 11 lymph nodes out for zero reason. Got gaslit by his colleague. Spilled cancer cells through my neck. Butchered the surgery. First attempt he literally walked in the surgery and asked what he was there to do, I was the patient. Negligent Dr.
