MacArthur was great. Very smooth transition and easy to work with!
Horrible experience. They weren’t able to meet the time frame they told me originally because they took a week to submit the order to the manufacturer. They were not professional, they sent me the quote they received from the manufacturer and then demanded a mark up.
Hasn't changed at all.
