I've seen many chiropractors for my back issues and also for migraines, and Dr. MacArthur is by far one of the best. Great demeanor. Cares about his patients and their treatment. Offers great and varied services. I definitely recommend this practice.
He does no personal history, he states that this is not necessary. He states that the testing is all that is necessary. His assistant does a brief history and he does not review it. He does not review the patient history forms before or even after seeing the patient. He runs the business like a factory. He has no interest in building a therapeutic relationship with his patients. Come in, get tested, do various treatments, bill for it all and keep the money flowing. He can't take feedback.
