Cirby is extremely informative since he has been working and fixing Macs back when they were power pC based Macs. He is straight forward on troubling shooting and how to go about to fix it. My husband's 2012 macbook pro had been lagging and would shut down as if it were going through a rebellious stage. After about thirty minutes of running tests it turned out to be the hard drive. Kirby is a very bright, very knowledgable pro. He has saved me hundreds, if not thousands over the years, and I trust him implicitetly. Because he has earned my trust and never once let me down, and I have needed his help many, many times. If you prefer working with unvarnished, straightworward honesty, Kirby is the real deal. And he is remarkably reasonable, cost-wise. SA needs to support good people who happen to be businessman, like Mr. Forrest.
