Got a fence for our pool from lowes, and these guys installed it. Well at least tried to. Showed up without concrete on day one, used the cheapest screws to fasten the posts and rails. 50% of it was out of level, door wouldn't close. Absolutely horrible. Said they would come back to fix, canceled twice, never called until I complained to lowes. By then I just fixed it myself. Total hacks.
26 windows including 2 massive wall-like windows in kitchen installed in just under 5 hours and look incredible. These guys pulled up with 5 people, explained what was going to happen and got straight to work and never stopped. They ran like a well oiled machine and left everything cleaned up like they were never there. Everything looks amazing. They did a great job!
This company contracted by Lowes to install windows. They were rude, and did not show me finished installation before sneaking off. I then noticed windows were not wrapped like previously installed Lowes windows.
WOW! Where do I even begin? This company was contracted to replace two exterior doors through Lowe's. 1. They did not show up on time for the initial measurement appointment. 2. They cancelled the first install date. 3. They installed both doors crooked. 4. They did not show up on time to assess the problem of the crooked doors once we asked them to come back. 5. Stay far, far away from this company! I bought a door thru Lowe's and this is the company they contracted out to install the door. The first time they were supposed to come out, they texted me and told me to reschedule without giving any reason why or when they would contact me again to reschedule. I found out by calling Lowe's that this contractor scheduled my install without actually having an installer available to install the door. Needless to say, it didn't get done.
