called 9:30am for service was told they would get to it in the afternoon 4pm no call no show I call them and get told they can't make it to busy and it's Friday and I have my water shut off at the main unable to use until problem gets fixed. If you don't intend on making it or don't even bother calling the customer you wasted the customers time by even calling you when they could have went with another plumber.
They are professional and fast without breaking the budget.
Jims is who my family and I have called for many years. We have had excellent service from them from unplugging sewer lines to replacing the sewer lines. Not to mention Hot water tanks and the simple things like a dripping faucet. I recommend them!
Kris and his team did another amazing job for us! Our hot water heater had started to leak, so I called at 8 AM to ask for an inspection. They arrive a few hours later, determined my 16 year-old water heater needed to be replaced and then had the job completed just after lunch. We have used Jim’s Plumbing several time over the past few years and are always impressed. The folks at Jim’s are honest, experienced, and they come out when they say they are coming out. I have full faith and confidence in these folks!
