Long story but in a nutshell...their emplyee made a huge mistake in sending me the wrong ink to put in my $65K printer, that I bought from them, and would not make it right. They went on to charge my credit card for all the replacement inks and flushes without my permission. The actual ink manufacturer sent me all the replacements for free because they thought Mac Papers was in the wrong. Shout out to Fluid Color!
