Ordered a 15in macbook 2017. Arrived well packaged and no issues. I decided I do not need its power so I asked for a refund and return the item. I emailed and called last week and said theyll take care of it. Well, they dont. So its a hit or miss with this company in terms of products and customer support. I purchased my very first iMac on Monday and I am 71 years old. I was a bit skeptical, but a trusted friend suggested that I go ahead and get one. Up to this point, I have only had PC's. I was amazed at the service I got and the refurbished iMac was exactly as advertised and everything is working flawlessly. I highly endorse this company and their products. Keep up the good works, guys!!!
I bought a refurbished MacBook and the quality was very poor. The worst part was the email app was extremely buggy. It didn’t show any emails more recent than three days old even if you tried to update the emails. The search function didn’t work, And sometimes the emails wouldn’t display when clicked on.
Absolutely horrible device and experience! Bought an extended warranty on a MacBook that was having trouble from day one. Was assured that it was because of the year of the laptop. Complete waste of money, turned the laptop on recently and it has no operating system. Mac of all trades told me to order the disk and load the software and that the platinum extended warranty (ripoff) only covers hardware damage.
