Was unable to do data transfer on my own after buying new phone. Called and spoke with Passant, who felt pretty confident she could help, but made no promises. She gave me an estimated price, which was fine, so off we went. Upon arrival, she was still optimistic and 45 minutes later, we were good to go! I like going by reviews and this one definitely is right. I took 2 iPhones to have the back glass repair and it was the best price and the quickest service. Very happy and I strongly recommend them and soon I will be returning with my computer.
