First screen replacement lasted 3 days. They replaced it again at no cost. 30 days later the screen went out again. When we returned the 2nd time they claimed it had been damaged and refused to honor the warranty. I suspect they're using cheap parts. It's curious how the phone worked fine for a year before the replacement but only 30 days after.
Lewis was outstanding. He was able to pin point the issue on my cell phone and it now works extremely well. Thank you so much for your assistance!!
Waited couple month before I wrote review. Wanted to see if screen on phone would last. Screen still looks brand new, Great customer service, good pricing. Thank you
I went in for an iPhone extensive repair expecting the usual (where they give you all the expensive estimates and nickel and dime you for every other thing) but instead, I got excellent service! Luis is an expert: he’s knowledgeable, helpful and works with you to help you in whatever service you need. Will be coming back for any future issues (Bye Ubreakifix) and recommending Luis to everyone I know!
I have been here multiple times for numerous phone repairs, always have had great service in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
