I bought 16 flip pieces from these people on nov 30. Went to the back to load my purchase, a worker was nice and ready to get my order. He gathered the pieces and banded them together and loaded them on my truck. when I got home and began putting my pieces up I noticed there 3 pieces that were damaged. when I went back monday morning to try and exchange them, the lady that took my order Friday told me that they dont exchange the pieces and that I should of inspected them before I left I tried to explain that they where in th... read more
