I would never eat here just based on the service just received by the owner. I simply asked if there was a children's menu since I was there with 2 toddlers. The owner raised his hand at me and very sternly said "no." I would never give him my business.
I love Mac & Melts. The food? Great. However I just visited at 8:50PM and was turned away because they were closed. Not a good look to close down 10 minutes before you're actual closing time. #sad #hungry

I ate there today. The mac and cheese is rich and creamy. I would give them five stars on their customer service alone! Staff was kind and attentive. I would definitely go back again, if I ever need to satisfy a macaroni craving.
