Dependable, very friendly Mac support in the Scottsdale area. Conveniently located near my home. Very easy to work with, Excellent customer support. They have affordable repairs, training, lessons which i should take advantage of. Any time im in need of Apple or Mac device support or reapir glad to know these guys are here for me, Always a Great job!
Hands down the best place I have ever been to deal with electronics issues. I’m not technologically well/versed. They were great. Have bought a phone from them before, got my Mac Book updated with all the new software and they just replaced the hard drive. Fast and efficient with great customer service? Can’t beat that!

I love going to this place because (a) the staff are always friendly and helpful with my (b) ancient Mac technology and (c) they don't laugh at me for also toting along my iPhone in case they (d) feel like replacing the battery. Which they do. Now I've introduced them to half my family!

Found myself in Phoenix with an under performing MacBook Air. I was in town for only one day. Spoke with Jeremy on the phone and he assured me they had the part and would have no problem fixing laptop. Picked up 2 hours later, computer working great. Very professional and informative. Helped me dump some items I did not need. Thanks guys for great work. Would highly recommend.
Best, and fastest service ever! I trust only Mac Masters with all of my Apple needs! This beats waiting in long lines and overpaying at Apple!

I’ve had a great experience here each of the three times I’ve had to get my computer fixed. And I bought my daughter a great used MacBook here and it’s going strong after two years, has never needed service.
