I love these guys and they are very nice and helpful. I had an old IMAC and the screen went black. OOPS. I don't have a lot of time as I care for a parent, but the choice was fix it, buy used from MACMAN, or buy new. I went with buying used from MACMAN as I knew I would need help and I was not up to fooling with the Apple store. I am back in business with everything backed up and a fairly new MACMAN. I used them several years ago. Had an issue with the screen on my MacBook Pro and he did a little research and found out there was a recall and got me square away for way less than the competitor. Very punctual and friendly!
They worked on my son's IPhone and our Apple computer. Very quick and professional service. They always do a great job.
Not sure how these guys are getting 5 stars. Must be family or paid them. These guys are scammers and will tell you things are wrong with your computer in order to make you pay for repairs or sell them your computer for nothing. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for allowing them to work on their computers.
They were extremely helpful and fixed my MacBook Pro in less than an hour, thank you Jeremy!
Hard drive failed and I lost everything from pictures to grad school work. They retrieved everything I needed and then some. Put in a new hard drive and I'm back in business! So thankful.
