I’m very upset about this last visit to Mac Haik I have had this car since November and nobody has ever worked on it other than Nac Haik for a oil change my daughter drives this car we visited the service before when the car first started doing the warning they said they would have to keep the car but my daughter had to go to school and needed the vehicle so this week was the soonest she could bring it back and they said it was covered with the warranty saying it looked like someone cut it when I think that is crazy! I had 2 service appointments within the same week at Mac Hail Toyota. The first was for a routine oil change, and the second was for a front-end alignment. Both appointments were very quick and I always find the service manager, Dalton, very friendly and professional. He organized the required service items to be addressed for my Venza and we discussed the required follow-up appointments.
