service was great and fast, got me on the road asap in 4 hours since it was a recall service. The issue I had was a 45 minute wait to get checked in and get a rental care. the rental car counter was very unorganized and had only 1 person doing everything even though we had a prior appt set up. AND a 30 minute wait to check out after I returned the rental car..... very annoying.
The service was pretty good and the staff was very professional. Service delivered in a timely manner and it went smooth. Good service and customer service.

Communication was great two days before I even came to the dealership. Eli made everything easy for my test drive, dealing with my trade-in, as well as getting the loan application started for my pre-approved financing.
