I have no idea who Lawrence Asmus is and only had one email from Raul Ruiz so it’s not fair to rate them. The dealership the only issue is I waited 2 months for my vehicle that was less then 25 miles away at the port of Houston
Everything was great, up until I was ready to sign and leave. This process from making the deal to leaving out the door took approximately 3 hours, during which I was just sitting and waiting.

Nick never pushed us to buy the vehicle and he delivered on everything as promised. No hard up-sale when we got in to sign the papers. We were just offered some extra warranties but not pressured to purchase. All in all the experience at Mac Haik Toyota was pleasant.
Great sales experience throughout the process. I was first notified from the sales manager that a vehicle I was searching for had a deal fall through and we quickly reached out to the sales staff.
