I'm not one to leave reviews but this one definetly deserves one! I went to Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown to inquire about an F-150. I did my research and found that Johnny Bennerson was the person I was to talk to. After speaking with Johnny Bennerson, I walked away with a F-150 King Ranch. Fast, fair pricing and correct customer service in the FORD maintained department. Love these guys. Not there to take advantage of your valet. they are there to make sure you repeat business with them.
I had a recall on my maverick truck. When I got the letter so I could make appointment. I then called mac Haik. Talked with Cowboy to set something up he was able to set something up the same day. That was so awesome! The service guy was awesome, sorry I’m bad with names, but he was great! I want to thank Mac Haik Ford for there prompt service, and also coming out to the house to do the work!
In the last 2 weeks we have got vehicles 3 from 3 different dealerships in the Austin area. We purchased a new f 150 and traded in 2 vehicles at Mac Haik. It took some time, but we were able to come to a fair price and are happy with the experience! They even gave us a ford hat when we asked. (It is the small things sometimes!)
