This place should never be called Quick Lane. Even with an appointment they will tell you it will take 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30. After over 3 hours I was finally checked out. I asked if there was an explanation as to why it took over three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the attendant was at lunch when they decided I needed a new battery. I was never even given the battery read out at the time.
