To start off the review I still haven’t gotten my car back and Mac Haik has been “working” on it since July, it is now the end of September so that should give anyone who’s considering coming here and idea of how long they’ll take to work on your car. I would never purchase a car from here again ! My first experience in 2020 was great ! This last experience was not pleasant from sales to finance. However the service center has improved tremendously .
Anthony Sims salesman was extremely helpful & knowledgeable great customer experience 5 star.Everyone make sure ask for him. He’s the BEST!!!!!
Bought my last 3 trucks from them. Most recently ram 3500. Bought the 5 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty. Ac goes out so I drop it off. Sits there 2 weeks and keep Getting the run around waiting to see if warranty covers it. Ended up just picking the truck up. Sorry dealer
